3. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments scheduled via WhatsApp or the web portal are tentative until confirmed by a member of our patient concierge team. If you need to cancel or modify your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow reallocation of specialized radiology equipment.
4. Portal Usage Guidelines
Access to the Patient Portal is strictly provisional to registered patients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized sharing or exploitation of backend systems will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under cybercrime statutes.
